Finance Manager
Red Hills Powersports is a reputable, family owned and operated powersports business in Tallahassee, FL. We are a fast paced maintenance/repair facility looking for a self-motivated, full-time, Finance Manager to join our team of motorcycle and powersports enthusiasts.
Dealership Hours:
T-F 9-6; Sat 9-5;
Closed Sun and Mon
Job Duties:
- Submit credit applications to lenders for approval
- Prepare, verify, and execute all purchasing documents
- Present clients with financial packages and help clients with vehicle purchase
- Provide clients with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership offerings
- Monitor and support Federal and State compliance in all sales and lender regulations
- Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
- Expedite all funding processes
- Register sold units for warranty
- Set and track personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
- Organize time and schedule to enhance the buying experience and minimize customers' time in the store.
- Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs
Job Requirements:
- Have a strong menu presentation
- CDK Lightspeed experience is a plus
- Maintain the profitability of the department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Understand and keep abreast of the federal, state and local regulations that affect F&I operations
- Possess strong communication skills in order to work with customers, employees, and finance and insurance vendors as they represent the dealership
- Be willing to work extended hours, evenings and weekends to achieve their goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Powersports sales and finance experience (minimum 1 year)
- Knowledge of dealership sales, finance and insurance procedures
- Professional appearance and excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to follow set guidelines and rules inside a team atmosphere
- Ability to work in high-paced, high-pressure environments
- Must be able to work full-time Tuesday through Saturday
