Product Specialist Position
Ridenow Tallahassee is a reputable, family-owned and operated powersports business in Tallahassee, FL. We are currently looking for a FULL TIME PRODUCT SPECIALIST/SALES ASSOCIATE to join our team of motorcycle and powersports enthusiasts.
Dealership Hours:
M-F 9-6; Sat 9-5; Closed Sun
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell and deliver new and pre-owned motorcycles, ATVs, side by sides. watercraft and power equipment.
- Complete product knowledge training and maintain current certification for all Powersports products and accessories.
- Motivate clients to purchase and ensure that their needs and ability to purchase have been properly ascertained.
- Be proactive in lead generation and in logging leads into the customer management system.
- Responsible for greeting and building relationships with customers.
- Follow up and maintain consistent contact with customers thorough-out the ownership cycle.
- Represent the dealership professionally, courteously, and personably in all situations.
Requirements
- Must have proven experience in sales, ability to succeed in meeting individual and team sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and an enthusiasm for the powersports industry.
- Valid Driver License and good driving record.
- Personal or professional motorcycle or ATV/UTV/Watercraft experience strongly preferred.
