The rear blinker stalks on my old KLR 650 spontaneously broke off. I learned they were a recall item that had already been replaced by the bike's previous owner. I'm a daily KLR commuter who needed quick turnaround, so I went to Red Hills expecting to pay over $200 for OEM blinkers. Indeed I got the quick turnaround, but I also got them FREE because Charlie in the service department went to bat for me. He called Kawasaki, recommended they replace my blinkers again, and they agreed. Thanks Charlie. It's fair to say I'm a loyal customer for life.

Just purchased a 2015 Yamaha FZ-09 from Red Hills Powersports. I can't say enough good things about their level of professionalism and what a pleasure they were to do business with. I got a great deal on the bike with no games. In addition, after the sale, they got the bike ready in record time and their service managers, parts managers , etc. were very informative on the features of the bike and the options that I was interested. I called there looking for a used four wheeler to buy but they sold it. The salesman Jennifer asked me about a new one but didn't think my credit was good enough. OK, the sales side is doing a great job as far as I can tell from the comments but what about Service? I brought my 2004 Yamaha FJR in for it's 75,000 mile valve check and routine service. I also wanted to add braided stainless steel brake and clutch lines since the factory originals were getting spongy. Charlie, Maron, and Jason coordinated the sourcing of parts and scheduling of the service so that the bike would be down the shortest amount of time. The requested service was completed and parts installed without delay, however, as with any older machine with high mileage other issues were uncovered. A fork tube was pitted and the seals were leaking. a new fork tube and seals were added as necessary components to make the bike road worthy. I have been riding the bike now for more than a week and I can say Charlie returned the bike with turbine-smooth acceleration and brakes biting like a tamed Rottweiler. The addition of the new braided clutch line has also eliminated a notchy feeling clutch. I appreciated the way all team members kept me in the loop during the work progress, especially Charlie who walked me through the rigorous valve check and adjustment process. Charlie also had to contend with a fair number of my Non-Factory additions beneath the fairing getting in his way in order to access the valves. The bike was returned with all accessories in perfect working order. The cost was reasonable even with the unexpected repairs. Because of my satisfaction with their courtesy, professionalism, and expertise they have earned me as a future customer. One that can't thank them enough, nor praise them too much.

Have been in three times and was always treated with respect and patience, as a new rider (soon to be) I have many questions Shane took a lot of time to educate me. Second visit got my gloves, second visit took advantage of the clearance sale and got an amazing deal on my helmet!!! Will be returning...

I can't thank the service team of Adam, Austin and Charley enough for their outstanding service today. I was in from out of town when I made a gas stop but bike wouldn't start again. They offered to come get me but I managed to get it running enough to ride it in. It was late in the day and new I was traveling through, so they jumped on it right away. After full diagnosis using very creative troubleshooting techniques, they determined my charging system was functional but battery wasn't holding a charge even though the battery was brand new. Instead of an expensive charging system replacement and two days waiting for parts, I was out the door and riding again in a few hours with a new battery. They truly worked hard ta get an accurate assessment of the problem, fix only what was broken and got me on the road again the same day. I was thrilled with the entire experience. I definitely recommend this service team. They are Top Notch..
